We are excited to invite entrepreneurs and businesses to apply for our Certified Vendor Program. This program ensures that our vendors meet our quality, brand integrity, and service standards while gaining exclusive access to our members, events, and official merchandise opportunities.

Becoming a Certified Vendor means your business will be authorized to use Delta Psi Rho Sorority, Inc.’s trademarks on approved products, ensuring members can shop confidently while supporting trusted partners.

2025-2026 Applications are being accepted from August 15th, 2025 to September 25th, 2025.

Steps to Become a Certified Vendor

  1. Complete the Online Application
    Submit your business information, product details, and required documentation through our official application portal.

  2. Submit the Application Fee – $25.00
    Payment is required at the time of submission for your application to be processed.

  3. Provide Required Documentation

    • Proof of business ownership (e.g., business license, LLC registration, or incorporation documents)

    • Proof of Insurance

    • Photos or samples of the products you wish to license

  4. Application Review
    Our licensing team will review your submission for compliance with our standards and trademark guidelines.

  5. Approval & Contract
    If approved, you will receive a Certified Vendor Contract outlining usage rights, restrictions, and renewal terms.

  6. Pay the Licensing Fee
    Once the contract is signed, the licensing fee must be paid to activate your certification.

  7. Begin Selling as a Certified Vendor
    After payment and contract completion, you will receive your official Certified Vendor Certificate and marketing assets.
