Active members of Delta Psi Rho Sorority, Inc.,
Approved prospective members (where applicable), or

Users must provide accurate and complete registration information. Membership access may require payment of applicable fees. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Sharing login access is strictly prohibited.
Delta Psi Rho reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
All payments processed are non-transferable, non-refundable unless otherwise stated, and required for access to certain courses, certifications, or materials.
This learning platform uses a third-party plugin to deliver training and educational content. By using the learning platform, you agree to not: copy, distribute, record, or resell course materials. Completion certificates may require meeting course requirements. Access to courses may be time-limited.
All learning platform content, including but not limited to: training modules, videos, documents, branding and logos
are the exclusive property of Delta Psi Rho Sorority, Inc. and are protected by copyright laws.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
Users of this learning platform must: engage respectfully with all content and participants, refrain from harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior, and not upload or share inappropriate, harmful, or unauthorized content.
Violation of this code may result in immediate removal from the learning platform and possible disciplinary action within the sorority.
User data collected through the learning platform will be handled in accordance with Delta Psi Rho’s Privacy Policy.
Information collected may include: name and contact details, payment information, and course progress and completion data.
We do not sell or share personal data outside of what is necessary to operate the platform.
While we strive to maintain consistent access:
The learning platform may experience downtime for maintenance or updates.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
Delta Psi Rho is not liable for any disruption in access.
Delta Psi Rho reserves the right to:
suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, remove users who are no longer in good standing, and restrict access to specific content or features.
These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the learning platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Delta Psi Rho Sorority, Inc. is not liable for: any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of data or access, or issues arising from third-party plugins .
